The Sonoran Row Experience

Dom is the Manager of Community Operations at Sonoran Row and has been with Mark-Taylor for four years. He enjoys getting to know residents, fostering meaningful connections, and building a community that people are proud to call home. His favorite space is the resident lounge, especially when the windows are open wide, creating an indoor-outdoor feel. Outside of work, Dom loves anything outdoors and being active—from lake days to hiking and catching Arizona sunsets. A fun fact about him—he volunteers at a ranch that rescues horses and gives them a second chance.

Dane has been with Mark-Taylor since March 2023 and brings a passion for creating communities from the ground up. Having worked through several lease-up communities, he enjoys the excitement and challenge of helping build a community and watching it grow into a place residents are proud to call home. Outside of work, Dane enjoys spending time at the gym, playing basketball, serving as a church youth leader, and spending quality time with his wife and their dog.

Melissa “Mel” is a Leasing Consultant at Sonoran Row, having joined the team in January 2026. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys getting to know residents on a personal level—learning about their interests, lifestyles, and what matters most to them. Mel especially appreciates Sonoran Row’s thoughtfully curated design and upscale yet personal feel. Outside of work, she loves traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family. A fun fact about Mel—she has visited 46 out of the 50 states and is on a mission to see them all.

Phillip Davis brings five years of experience in service and a genuine passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. He enjoys learning what brings others happiness and values the diversity each person brings to the community. His favorite feature is the living wall in the resident lounge, a space that reflects both tranquility and connection. Outside of work, Phillip loves fishing and appreciates the quietness of nature. Having grown up on an island, he also spent time captaining boats, which shaped his calm and grounded approach to life.

Craig is the Lead Service Technician at Sonoran Row and has been with Mark-Taylor for four years. He enjoys connecting with residents and values hearing their different stories and perspectives. One of his favorite spots in the community is the park area, especially the grill space and lush green grass. Outside of work, Craig has an extreme love for all things LEGO. A fun fact about him—he originally went to school to become a mechanic.
